# Image with text overlay

The **Image with text overlay** section lets you combine strong visual imagery with impactful text, making it ideal for storytelling banners, promotional hero blocks, or intros. This section supports separate desktop and mobile images, adjustable text position, and custom opacity settings to ensure readability.

1. In the theme editor (**Customize**), click **Add section.**
2. Select **Image with text overlay.**
3. Make necessary changes.
4. **Save.**

### Block settings

You can add up to four types of blocks:

You can re-order blocks by dragging them up or down.
